Return policy

1) Return period

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date the customer receives the order.

2) Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• not used

• unwashed

• undamaged

• in its original condition and packaging

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

3) Return procedure

Before returning any item, the customer must contact customer service to obtain return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without prior contact.

4) Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an order preparation error.

5) Defective or non-compliant products

If the product received is defective or does not conform to the order, an appropriate solution will be offered, which may include a replacement or a refund.

6) Reimbursements

Once the product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be issued within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days via the original payment method.

7) Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned if they have been worn, used or opened.

8) Return address

The return address will be provided to the customer after contacting customer service.
