Delivery Policy

1) Delivery zones

We deliver our products internationally. Orders can be shipped to most countries worldwide, subject to applicable local restrictions.

2) Processing times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

This timeframe includes preparation, quality control, and shipping of the package.


3) Delivery times

Once shipped, the order is delivered within an estimated time of 7 to 10 working days maximum , depending on the destination country.

These timeframes include:

  • international transport

  • customs clearance

  • final delivery by the local carrier

Delivery times may exceptionally vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs controls, weather conditions, periods of high activity or local logistical constraints.


4) Delivery costs

Delivery charges, when applicable, are clearly indicated at checkout before order confirmation.

5) Order tracking

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the order is shipped, allowing the customer to track the delivery of their package.

6) Customs and taxes

For international deliveries, customs fees, local taxes or import duties may be required by the authorities of the destination country.

These potential costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the products or delivery charges, unless otherwise stated.


7) Packages not delivered or delayed

If a package is not delivered within the announced timeframe or encounters a delivery problem, the customer is invited to contact our customer service so that an appropriate solution can be found.

8) Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
